Returns and Refunds
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee We want you to love your Sienara products. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your order date. No questions asked, and no need to send anything back.
How to Request Your Refund Email us at info@sienara.com with your order number and a few words about your experience (this helps us improve, but it's optional). We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days and process it within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 additional business days.
Keep the Product You don't need to return your bottle. Keep it, gift it to a friend, or recycle the packaging. For hygiene reasons, returned cosmetic products cannot be resold, so requiring returns wouldn't serve anyone.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, broken, or contains the wrong product, email us at info@sienara.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Subscription Cancellations You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your customer portal, or by emailing info@sienara.com at least 2 business days before your next scheduled order. Cancellations apply to future orders. Orders already processed can be refunded under the 90-day guarantee above.
Refund Processing Times Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. PayPal refunds usually appear within 3 to 5 business days. If you don't see the refund within 14 days of our confirmation email, please contact us.
